M Hotel Niseko - Kutchan

We spent our Christmas at this hotel and we were happy to be close to the gondola that took us to the ski resort. The breakfast was good and varied. We had the option of forwarding our luggage to the next stop of our trip. This was very helpful. The staff was helpful and provided us with the information that we needed when asked.

We were disappointed to find that the showers were not up to standard. They gave out freezing cold water every minute.

The location is fantastic- convenient for transportation, restaurants, and stores. The staff are friendly, helpful, and speak English well. The rooms are quiet, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent.

We stayed at a lovely hotel that was located very near to the ski slopes, with a free shuttle service available. the rooms were spacious and well-designed, and the bathroom was clean and modern. the staff were friendly and eager to help, and the buffet breakfast was delicious with many hearty options available. We especially enjoyed the central location of the hotel, with easy access to many local restaurants and shops.

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was right in the heart of all the action. The transportation was excellent, with a free shuttle that took us right to the ski slopes. Cleanliness was great, and the hotel facilities were fantastic. Lastly, the staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home.

We stayed here during new year and had a great time skiing. the breakfast offered was top-notch, with a good selection of hot and cold foods. the location was unbeatable, as it was easy to access the ski area and there were plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. the shuttle bus was a lifesaver as it stopped right in front of the hotel. the staff was helpful and provided us with useful information about the area.

The showers were not very pleasant, as the water temperature kept fluctuating between freezing and hot. It was frustrating to constantly have to adjust the water manually.

My recent stay at M Hotel was fantastic! The location was perfect, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. The hotel had a great central location without any Chinese tourism groups, a huge plus. The hardware of the hotel was great, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
